  • It is the child’s responsibility to show notes from the parents to teachers and have them signed indicating that they have read the note.
  • If a parent requests that the teacher sign the Agenda Book, it is the child’s responsibility to bring the Agenda to the teacher at the end of class for a signature. Students should not go back to classes for signatures.
  • If the teacher is signing the Agenda, then parents/guardians must also sign the book. This is to be done after the parent/guardian checks to see that homework is complete, placed in the proper folders, zipped in the trapper keeper, and put in the book bag.
  • The Hallway Passport in the back of the Agenda is to be used as the student’s pass.
  • With teacher permission students are to complete all information for their pass then the teacher will sign.
  • Permanent passes to the nurses’ office need to be taped inside the cover of the Agenda.
  • Passes to the Wellness Center will be in teachers’ mailboxes before homeroom. Students are still to complete the Hallway Passport before being dismissed to the center.
