Middle School Vocal Music Supplies

Vocal Music Majors and Minors

• Students are expected to bring a pencil to class everyday.
• Students will need a plastic folder to hold their music. This can be purchased independently or from Mr. Lassman for $2.
• Vocal Music Major students will need a three ring binder in which to keep their completed work.

Uniform requirements for Vocal Music

The concert uniform will be as follows for Vocal Music MAJORS only:

FORMAL
Ladies will be loaned a pair of black palazzo pants which must be returned at year’s end. The palazzos must be lightly hemmed appropriately; they must not be cut or glued. Students whose pants are not properly hemmed will lose points and could be disallowed from performances.

Ladies will need to purchase – through Mr. Lassman – the (new) Concert Blouse. (This blouse can only be ordered through a company in Arizona.) Ladies must wear black (only black) shoes; flats or with a one inch heel maximum. The shoes must be closed-toed.

Gentlemen must wear a black long-sleeved shirt, black dress pants, black socks and black dress shoes. Sneakers are not dress shoes. A tie will be provided.

The concert uniform will be as follows for Vocal Music MINORS and ELECTIVES only:

FORMAL
Ladies must wear black pants or skirt, a white blouse and black shoes; flats or with a one inch heel maximum.
Gentlemen must wear a black long-sleeved shirt, black dress pants, black socks and black dress shoes. Sneakers are not dress shoes. A tie will be provided.

INFORMAL for all Vocal Music students (for Rita’s or similar venues) Jeans and the Vocal Music t-shirt that can be purchased through Mr. Lassman.
